سماق بلدي مطحون الطعم الاصلي للحموضة الطبيعية خالي من ملح الليمون والاصباغ.بعد تجهيز الحب وتجفيفه تماما يطحن بماكنه خاصه بطحن السماق بدون البزر وينخل بالمصفاه لفصل البزر اليابس عن القشور الناعمه والتي يتم تعبئتها بكياس والاحتفاظ بها لحين الاستخدام

sumac is ground with the original taste of natural acidity, free from citric acid and dyes. After processing the seeds and drying them completely, they are ground with a special machine for grinding sumac without the seeds and sifted through a strainer to separate the dry seeds from sumac, which are packed in bags and kept till it is needed.
