1. هو منتج اردني طبيعي من عجلون مصنع بحب وبطريقه يدويه بيتيه بأيدي سيدات المجتمع المحلي لتحسين اوضاعهم المادية وتمكينهم اقتصاديا وليصبحوا اعضاء فاعلين في مجتمعاتهم ولمساعدة عائلاتهم

السماق السائل يتم انتاجه بطريقة نقع السماق الحب المفروط بالماء والملح في اليوم التالي يصى السماق الحب ويبقى السائل المنقوع فيصبح لونه احمر قاتم وطعمه حموضة عاليه طبيعيه بدون صبغات ولا ملح ليمون

ولا يتوفر الا عند من ينتج السماق الحب والمطحون

يستخدم باضافته للسلطات والفتوش يضاف لطبق الحمص والفول ولفتة العدس الشهيه بسائل السماق

يستعمل كعلاج للبلغم بتخفيفه بالماء النقي ملعقه على كاس ماء مثل الخل وكذلك يعالج الاسهال عند الاطفال والكبار بتخفيفه وشربه بنفس الطريقه

It is a natural Jordanian product from Ajloun, made with love at home by the hands of the women of the local community to improve their financial conditions, empower them economically and to become active members in their communities by helping their families.

 Liquid sumac is produced by soaking the dried sumac seeds with water and salt. The next day, the sumac seeds are filtered, and the soaked liquid remains, so it becomes dark red in color and has a natural high acidity taste, without dyes or citric acid. It is available only to those who produce grain or ground sumac. It is used by adding it to salads and fattoush. It is added to a dish of hummus and beans, and also it is so delicious as a  lentil dip with sumac liquid. It is used as a remedy for phlegm by diluting it with pure water, spooning it into a glass of water, like vinegar. It also treats diarrhea in children and adults by diluting it and drinking it in the same way.
