المليسه شجره من اشجار الزينه تقطع الاغصان ويتم قطف الاوراق ثم تنظيفها وتجفيفها وتحفظ للاستعمال

فوائد المليسه :

1- تخفف من التوتر والقلق.

2- تحسن الوظائف الإدراكية

3- كعلاج لاضطرابات النوم

4- تخفيف عسر الهضم والغثيان

5- تقلل من تشنجات الحيض

6- تنقع اوراق المليسه بالماء المغلي وتغطي للحفاظ على الزيوت الطياره فيها لمدة نصف ساعه وتصفى وتشرب مثل الشاي
