هو منتج اردني طبيعي من عجلون مصنع بحب وبطريقه يدويه بيتيه بأيدي سيدات المجتمع المحلي لتحسين اوضاعهم المادية وتمكينهم اقتصاديا وليصبحوا اعضاء فاعلين في مجتمعاتهم ولمساعدة عائلاتهم

طريقة عمله يقطف افرع من شجرة الغار ثم يتم فصل الاوراق عن الاغصان وتنظف الاوراق بغسلها وازالة ما عليها من شوائب ثم تفرد على الشراشف حتى تجف تماما يتم جمعها وحفظها بأكياس حتى لا ترطب حتى الحاجه لها

استعمالاته : يستعمل في الطبخ بإضافته عند سلق اللحمه او الدجاج يضيف الطعم الطيب ويزيل طعم الزنخه منه

وكذلك يستعمل كمشروب بعد النقع بالماء المغلي

It is a natural Jordanian product from Ajloun, made with love at home by the hands of the women of the local community to improve their financial conditions, empower them economically and to become active members in their communities by helping their families

It is picked from the branches of the laurel tree, then the leaves are separated from the branches, the leaves are cleaned by washing them and removing the impurities on them, then they are spread on the sheets until they are completely dry. They are collected and kept in bags so that they do not get wet until they are needed.

Its uses: It is used in cooking by adding it when boiling meat or chicken. It adds a good taste and removes the taste of rancidity. It is also used as a drink after soaking with boiling water
