الجبنة البيضاء البلدية هي احدى مشتقات الحليب ومصدرا جيدا للكالسيوم الضروري لصحة الاسنان والعظام والتئام الجروح والحفاظ على ضغط الدم الطبيعي ويحتوي على البروتين عالي الجودة مما يساعد الجسم في بناء البنيه الأساسية للعضلات القوية ويحتوي على الفسفور والمغنيسيوم والعديد من الفيتامينات الضرورية لبناء الجسم
