هو منتج اردني طبيعي من عجلون مصنع بحب وبطريقه يدويه بيتيه بأيدي سيدات المجتمع المحلي لتحسين اوضاعهم المادية وتمكينهم اقتصاديا وليصبحوا اعضاء فاعلين في مجتمعاتهم ولمساعدة عائلاتهم

يتم تصنيعه من قرون الخروب بعد ان يتم غسلها وتجفيفها ثم طحنها ونقها بالماء لمدة يوم او يومين بعده يصفى الماء جيدا ويوضع على النار ويبقى على النار يغلي حتى يصبح كثيف بدون اي اضافات مع التحريك من وقت لاخر وبعد ان يبرد يعبا بعبوات زجاجيه

من مواصفات دبس الخروب انه خالي من السكر  والمواد الحافظه

من فوائده :

1- يساعد في تنشيط الدورة الدموية وتقوية الدم.

2- تنشيط وظائف الكلى ويساهم في إدرار البول.

3- يحتوي على فيتامين E المضاد للاكسدة والذي يساعد في علاج مشاكل السعال والأنفلونزا.

استعمالاته :

يؤخذ منه ملعقه صغيره صباحا قبل الطعام لعلاج السعلة.

يستخدم مع الوجبات بخلطه مع الطحينيه ويؤكل مع الزبده على مائدة الفطور.

It is made from carob pods after they are washed, dried, then ground and drained from water for a day or two, after it is drained it is put on the fire  keep it boiling until it becomes thick without any additives, with stirring from time to time, and after it cools down, it is filled in glass containers

One of the special things about carob molasses is that it is free of sugar and preservatives

its benefits:

1- It helps in stimulating blood circulation and strengthening the blood.

2- Activate kidney functions and contribute to diuresis.

3- Contains antioxidant vitamin E, which helps treat cough and influenza problems.

Its uses:

A small spoonful of it is taken in the morning before food to treat a cough. It is used with meals by mixing it with tahini and eaten with butter at breakfast . It has great and delicious taste.
